Yellow cupcakes with cream cheese buttercream icing. ♥
The cake itself is from a box (because I'm feeling remarkably lazy - it's been a long week), but the icing is homemade, so that counts...?
Cream Cheese Buttercream Icing
Ingredients:
½ Stick Salted Butter
4 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2-3 Cups Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Milk or Half & Half
Food Coloring (Optional)
Cream together butter & cream cheese. Add in vanilla. Start adding the powdered sugar and milk, alternating between the two (and ending on the powdered sugar) until it reaches the desired consistency. Add food coloring.
BAM, Icing. :3
